1. Students study within the period as stated above.

2. Students register to study completely following the curriculum.

3. Students pass English language test according to the announcement of university.

4. Students pass Qualifying Examination (QE) in order to have right to present their dissertation/thesis proposal.

5. Thesis submission and final oral examination by a committee appointed by the university which must consist of experts from within and outside the university and must be an open system for interested people to listen.

6. The thesis, or at least a part of it, must be published or accepted for publication. At least two research works must have been published or accepted for publication in scientific group journals indexed in the Web of Science or Scopus databases.
